The update process

The review examines gaps in the current framework and gathers perspectives on coverage, delivery, coordination, financing and response to shocks. Consultation findings are inputs to a revised policy, strategy and results framework. Drafting, validation and adoption require their own decisions and will be identified here when official documents are available.

The workshop edition is a discussion draft, not an adopted replacement for the 2013 policy. The fiscal space presentation models possible financing paths, not approved allocations. An adopted revised policy will be labeled with its approval status and publication date when available.

Reported progress

Use dated source reports to understand activities and results. Project targets, enrollment, payments and outcomes measure different things. Check the reporting period and definition before comparing figures.
